We're JP and Lucia, a husband-and-wife team who founded RedOven Builds with a shared belief that the best building experience is one where you never feel like you're on the outside of your own project. You're not a bystander here. You're a co-pilot. We handle the complexity, the coordination, and the craftsmanship, and we keep you informed, protected, and confident at every step.
We work with a small number of clients at a time, on purpose. That's how we deliver the level of attention, care, and accountability that our projects demand and our clients deserve.

Built on More Than Construction
RedOven Builds is named after the red ovenbird, one of nature's most precise and purposeful builders, known for crafting intricate clay homes with remarkable care. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
We started in Austin in 2017 with small projects and grew intentionally into the custom home and high-end renovation work we do today. We've built a small, dedicated team and a culture grounded in craftsmanship, accountability, and genuine care for the people on the other side of every project.
Beyond the build, our work is deeply personal. Our daughter has Potocki-Lupski Syndrome, a rare genetic condition, and Lucia is a co-founder of the PTLS Hope Research Foundation, which is dedicated to advancing research and improving quality of life for those affected.
Part of our long-term vision is to build a business that allows us to support that work in a meaningful way.
We focus on a defined area so we can stay closely involved throughout each phase of the project, maintain clear communication, and deliver a consistent level of execution from start to finish.
